Thank you for choosing Wilky's Engraving and Gift Shop! We take pride in our craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully.

Engraving Services

  • Due to the personalised nature of our engraving services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is an error on our part. If we make a mistake with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct details to be engraved. If you realise that you made a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order to make any changes. After this period, no refunds will be provided for customer errors.

Products

  • Our product offerings include wooden items and stainless steel jewellery. Please note that natural wood grain patterns and burn marks are inherent to the material and are not considered defects. As such, we cannot offer refunds or returns for these characteristics.

  • If your product is found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will assist you with a return or exchange.

Shipping and Breakage

  • All products from Wilky's Engraving and Gift Shop are packaged with care to minimise the risk of damage during transit. If an item arrives damaged due to postal service handling, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your item to obtain store credit for the damaged item. We cannot offer refunds for damaged items.

  • We recommend treating all our products as fragile items. Please note that our items are not suitable for children and should be handled with care.
